We take all the risk out of assigning losses and restoration jobs.

 

Here’s how:

Step 1 We guarantee to return every item to the homeowner in pre-loss condition. The carrier will not pay to restore and replace.
   
Step 2 In addition, if the emergency wardrobe is not delivered on time (within 72 hours from the time of pack out), the carrier does not pay for those items.
   
Step 3 And finally, if the regularly scheduled work is not ready on time (within four weeks from the time of pack out), the carrier does not pay.
