Intake and inspection
Collected from your door or received at any of our six locations, each piece is then assessed by a specialist for its leather, lining, hardware, and any previous repairs.
Method selection
The method is matched to the hide and construction. Exotic skins, including alligator, ostrich, python, and lizard, follow a specialist process, while canvas, jacquard, and embroidered pieces are handled according to the requirements of each material.
Cleaning and conditioning
The exterior is cleaned by hand and the leather conditioned, while linings are refreshed where possible and hardware individually cleaned and inspected.
Repair and return
Stitching, hardware, and minor leather work are attended to where appropriate, followed by a final inspection before return.
