Sir Galloway Cleaners is a family-owned garment care house serving Greater Miami from six locations. This policy describes what information this website, sirgalloway.com, collects and how we use it. It covers the website only; garment services themselves are handled in person and by the service policies we provide when you entrust a piece to us.

Information You Share With Us

We receive information you choose to send us through the site:

• Contact and consultation forms: your name, email address, phone number, the service you are asking about, and your message.
• The chat assistant: the questions and messages you type into the chat window.
• Direct contact: anything you include when you email or call us.

What Not To Send

Please do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, or health information in a form or chat message. We will never ask for those through this website.

Information Collected Automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how long visits last, the general type of device and browser, an approximate city-level location, and the site that referred you. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small text files stored by your browser. This website has no visitor accounts and no login.

We also run Meta's advertising code on every page. It records the pages you look at, and it stores cookies in your browser so that Meta can recognize your browser later, both here and on other websites that run the same code. We use this to advertise to people who have visited our site. The section below, Advertising on Facebook and Instagram, explains all of it.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Arrange the service you asked about, including collection and delivery.
• Operate and improve the website and the chat assistant.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and nobody pays us for it. We do share information with Meta so that we can advertise on Facebook and Instagram: to measure which of our advertisements work, to show advertisements to people who have visited this website, and to find new people who resemble our customers. We do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

Contact Forms

When you submit a form, your submission is delivered by email to our team so a real person can respond, and you receive a courtesy confirmation at the address you provided. We reply by email or phone. Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list.

The Chat Assistant

The chat on this site is an automated assistant. The messages you type are processed by Anthropic, the AI provider whose technology powers the assistant, in order to generate a reply. Automated answers can be incomplete or wrong, so please confirm anything important with our team at (305) 252-2000 or through the contact page. We may review conversations to improve how the assistant serves our guests. Please keep sensitive personal details out of the chat.

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are operated by Meta. This website shares information with Meta about the people who visit it, and it does so whether or not you ever fill in a form. Reading a page is enough.

We use what we share for three purposes:

• To measure which of our advertisements bring us real inquiries, and which only spend money.
• To show our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this website, including people who read a page or started a form and did not finish it.
• To help Meta find new people who resemble the people who inquire with us, so that we can advertise to them as well.

What We Share, and When

While you browse, Meta's advertising code runs on every page. It records the pages you look at, and it stores cookies in your browser so that Meta can recognize your browser later, both here and on other websites that run the same code. That is what builds the advertising audiences described above.

When you submit one of our forms, we send Meta more. The report includes the contact details you entered, so that Meta can connect your inquiry to an advertisement you were shown and can look for other people who resemble you. Your name, email address and phone number are not sent as readable text. Each one is first run through a one way process called hashing, which replaces it with a fixed string of characters. Meta does the same thing to the details it already holds, then compares the two results. Hashing is not the same as anonymity. It keeps the value from being read along the way, and Meta can still recognize it as yours if Meta already holds the same detail.

That form report is sent from our web server straight to Meta, and not from your browser. The difference matters to you. Blocking cookies, browsing privately, or using an ad blocker will stop most of the Meta code that runs inside your browser, and with it most of what we collect while you browse. None of those stops the report our server sends when you submit a form.

Each form report contains:

• Your name, email address and phone number, hashed as described above.
• Which of our forms you used, and the page you submitted it from.
• Your internet address, which indicates your approximate location, and the description your browser sends about itself. Both are sent as they are and not hashed.
• Any Meta advertising identifier already stored in your browser.

What We Do Not Share, and What Meta Does

We do not send Meta the message you wrote, the garment you asked about, or anything you type into the chat assistant. Nobody pays us for this. We do not pass your details to anyone else for their own marketing, and what Meta does with what it receives is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control.

Meta offers its own advertising controls. In your Facebook or Instagram account settings, look for Ad preferences. Depending on which version Meta has rolled out to you, it sits under Accounts Center or under Meta account settings. It lets you review the audiences advertisers have placed you in, decide whether those audiences can be used to show you advertisements, and choose whether Meta can personalize advertisements based on your activity on other websites and apps. Your browser settings are the other control, and what they do and do not reach is set out under Cookies and Your Controls.

Cookies and Your Controls

This site sets cookies for two purposes: the Google Analytics cookies described above, and Meta's advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings, Google offers its own opt-out tools for Google Analytics, and Meta offers its own under Ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. The site works normally with cookies blocked.

One limit is worth knowing. Blocking cookies stops most of the Meta code that runs inside your browser, and with it most of what we collect while you browse. It does not stop the report our server sends to Meta when you submit a form, because that report never travels through your browser at all.

Who We Share Information With

We share information with the companies that operate this website for us: our website hosting provider, our email delivery provider, the AI provider named above, and Google Analytics. Each of those processes information on our behalf to provide its service.

We also share with Meta the advertising information described under Advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Meta is different from the others. It uses what it receives under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and not solely on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry emails and related records as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete them in the ordinary course. Information we have already sent to Meta is held by Meta under Meta's own practices, which we do not set and cannot shorten.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information this site handles. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us what information we hold from your website submissions, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email customerservice@sirgalloway.com or call (305) 252-2000 and we will take care of it.

Records we have already sent to Meta are held by Meta and are not ours to remove. What Meta offers is set out in Meta's own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
