A tailor receives the garment at any of our six locations, or it is collected from your door. Each alteration is considered and agreed upon before the garment is entrusted to our experts.
Fitting
When a fitting is called for, it is arranged at the location of your choosing. For garments collected from your door, every instruction is noted and confirmed in writing before the piece is placed in the tailor's hands.
Alteration
Each alteration is performed in-house, with hand finishing or machine work determined by the garment's original make.
Final inspection and return
The garment receives a final inspection and finishing press before being returned to your door or presented for collection.
