We guarantee to return every item to the homeowner in pre-loss condition. The carrier will not pay to restore and replace. | |
In addition, if the emergency wardrobe is not delivered on time (within 72 hours from the time of pack out), the carrier does not pay for those items. |

And finally, if the regularly scheduled work is not ready on time (within four weeks from the time of pack out), the carrier does not pay. |
