Each shoe is cleaned and conditioned by hand, then finished with a wax chosen to complement the leather.
Polish
The shine is built in stages, from base coat to final pass, restoring the shoe to its original finish.
Inspection and return
Edges are dressed, soles cleaned, and laces refreshed before each pair is prepared for return.
