Sir Galloway Cleaners is a very proud sponsor of the 2013 Lionfish Bash Tournament benefiting the Woody Foundation. This event, now in its 3rd year, is near and dear to the hearts of Mark and Mary Mills.
The Woody Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization formed in 2011 to raise funds for the recovery of people with spinal cord injuries. The namesake of The Foundation, Mark and Mary’s godson James “Woody” Beckham suffered his spinal cord injury making a rugby tackle in January 2011. His family and friends have bonded together to support Woody by making donations and creating events (such as the Lionfish Bash) that support local charities which help others with similar spinal cord injuries.
Sir Galloway helps out by placing flyers on outgoing orders, provide our famous nylon bags to be used as captain bags, and by providing silent auction gift packs.
If you enjoy boating/snorkeling and would like support this most worthwhile cause, please join us July 12 – 14 at beautiful Bimini in the Bahamas for this wonderful summer event. Although the event is right around the corner, there is still time to register.
